Gay Gaddis is an entrepreneur, author, artist and trailblazer. As the founder of T3, an innovative digital agency that she grew into the largest woman-owned independent agency in the U.S., Gaddis will share her experiences of perseverance and resilience, and effective ways to build award-winning teams. Empowering the next generation of leaders, Gaddis will share knowledge from her book, Cowgirl Power: How to Kick Ass in Business and Life and from her leadership program, Women Who Mean Business, that she founded and teaches at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Gaddis will also discuss ways to reinvent yourself as she’s done as a celebrated artist, leveraging skills as a business owner and entrepreneur.
Gay has received numerous awards including the University of Texas McCombs School of Business "2020 Hall of Fame," the “Liz Carpenter Lifetime Achievement Award,” Fast Company’s “Top 25 Women Business Builders,” Inc. Magazine’s “Top 10 Entrepreneurs of the
Year” and C200’s Luminary Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence. As an artist, Gaddis’ bold and vibrant paintings have been shown in several prestigious galleries around the country including New York City and Santa Fe, and Texas Monthly magazine naming Gaddis as one of the “Top Ten Artists to Collect Now.” Gaddis and her husband own and operate the historic Double Heart Ranch in the Texas Hill Country, home to Gay’s private art studio and gallery.
